Teeny Tiny Teapots

HOORAY and THANKS to the following staff who visited the 7th grade ceramics class today to make teeny tiny teapots

Jen Peduzzi: A teapot that looks like a dice with a mini dice lid
Greg Lertora: A teapot that looks like a SWAN!!!
Danielle Little: A contemporary-looking, tall, slender rectangular teapot
Kathy Ivey: A traditional round teapot with a curved handle
Rhonda Best: A rounded teapot
Carol Ketterman: an oval teapot with a curled spout

Everyone who participated said it was really therapeutic, relaxing and surprisingly easy once they saw the simple step-by-step process. If anyone else wants to join in the fun, come to period one or two! 🙂

Our 7th grade goal is to make 250 teeny tiny teapots that will be shown all grouped together in a specific configuration for the Howard County Teapot Show! (Stay tuned for pictures as the teapots get glazed and fired!) PS–the students really enjoyed seeing their teachers in another context and cheered for each teapot!
